INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Thank you to our international members, but at this time, we regret to inform you that we do not offer international shipping. Our products are currently available for purchase and delivery within the United States only.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

RETURNS
At F.S.S., we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you need to return a product, we aim to make the process as smooth and straightforward as possible. Below is our return shipping policy to guide you through the steps.
30 DAYS TO RETURN
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the item for a refund or exchange.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received them.
In the original packaging with all tags attached.
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer service team at flowstatesociety1@gmail.com to request a Return. Please provide your order number, details of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Be sure to include the printed order number number inside the package.
Shipping Label: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Print the label and attach it to the outside of your package.
Ship the Package: Drop off the package at the nearest shipping carrier location. Make sure to obtain a receipt or proof of shipment for your records.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Prepaid Return Label: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Customer-Initiated Returns: For returns not due to our error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
